These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prime GHL MCP integration provided by PrimeLive AI ("we", "us"). By connecting your GoHighLevel account to our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
The Prime GHL MCP integration allows authorized users to interact with their GoHighLevel CRM account using AI-powered tools. The service enables reading and writing contacts, opportunities, calendars, conversations, and workflows via the GoHighLevel API.
2. Eligibility
You must have a valid GoHighLevel account and the authority to authorize third-party integrations on behalf of your organization. By using this service, you confirm you have the necessary permissions.
3. Authorized Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to access data beyond your authorized GoHighLevel account
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the service
- Use the service in any way that violates GoHighLevel's terms of service
4. API Access and Tokens
When you authorize the integration, you grant PrimeLive AI permission to access your GoHighLevel account using the scopes you approved. You may revoke this access at any time through your GoHighLevel settings. Revoking access will disable the integration immediately.
5. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for all actions taken through the integration on your GoHighLevel account. We execute actions on your behalf — review requests carefully before authorizing them. We are not liable for unintended changes made to your CRM data.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeLive AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to data loss or CRM errors.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the integration after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
