- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to operate the integration

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information solely to:
- Execute actions in your GoHighLevel account on your behalf
- Maintain and refresh your OAuth connection
- Log tool usage for debugging and audit purposes
We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose beyond operating the integration you authorized.
3. Data Storage
OAuth tokens are stored securely in an encrypted Supabase database hosted in the United States. Tokens are never exposed to client-side code or third parties.
4. Data Retention
Your OAuth tokens and associated data are retained for as long as your integration is active. You may revoke access at any time through your GoHighLevel account settings, which will invalidate your tokens.
5. Third-Party Services
Our service interacts with:
- GoHighLevel — your CRM data is governed by their privacy policy
- Supabase — token storage, governed by their privacy policy
- Railway — server hosting, governed by their privacy policy
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted token storage, API key authentication, and rate limiting. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. To do so, contact us at the address below or revoke the integration directly in your GoHighLevel account.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the integration after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
